President and CEO
Mark and his family (Jeanette, Jessica, Allyse, Lindsay and Rascal) moved to Arizona in 1996 to serve in a local congregation. In 2008 he accepted the position as Executive Pastor and began to address the needs of the neighborhood by working with non-profit agencies, law enforcement, and community impact groups to elicit positive change. For the last two years, Mark has taught English, literature, and creative writing at Scottsdale Community College and Westminster College in Mesa. He desires to be a part of the solution for those in need in Mesa: to help agencies, programs, businesses, and individuals weave a safety net for those affected by poverty and unwelcome circumstances. Mark enjoys his family, baseball, jazz, and an occasional doughnut.
