About the Fiesta District
The redevelopment of Fiesta mall is part of ongoing revitalization effors in the City of Mesa's Fiesta District. The total investment by these stakeholders is estimated at more than $700 million over the next five years. The Fiesta Mall was built in 1973, renovated in 1999,
Fiesta Mall, which is anchored by Dillards, Macy's, and Sears, is home to 140 specialty stores and eateries. The mall is located at U.S.60 and Alma School Road, 15 minutes east of the Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
