Arizona State University's Polytechinic campus has nearly 8,800 students enrolled in courses and more than 40 degree programs.  The following schools/colleges are represented:"ASU's Polytechnic campus is proud to be formulating a new academic environment at a time when technological change is the engine that drives the local and national economies,"  said Dr. Albert McHenry, Vice President and Executive Vice Provost.  "The polytechnic education at this campus emphasizes professional and technological programs that engage students through project-oriented and problem-based learning, preparing them to move directly into careers and positions of leadership."

Polytechnic programs require top-notch facilities and labs.  Among the universities peerless facilities are: flight simulators, altitude chambers, high-tech green houses, plant-made pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, digital printing equipment, the Microelectric Teaching Factory, consumer behavior labs, and three-dimensional imaging technology.
