A.T. Still University

Established in 1892 by A.T. Still, the founder of Osteopathy, ATSU began as the nation's first college of Osteopathic Medicine and has evolved into a leading University of Health Sciences. ATSU's Arizona campus is home to three graduate schools: Arizona School of Health Sciences, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, and Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, the states FIRST dental school.

ATSU educates students as competent whole-person healthcare professionals who continuously develop and demonstrate compassion, integrity, and ability. This commitment to students, and by extension, to future patients, makes ATSU the most distinctive, and perhaps the most important, health science university in the country.

Employing 400 staff and educating 2,000 students, the University sustains a multi-million-dollar economic impact. ATSU's investment in experienced faculty and state-of-the-art technology contribute to its reputation as one of the best multidisciplinary healthcare educators in the nation. Specifically, ATSU is recognized as one of America's preeminent centers of excellence in geriatric health, intergenerational healthcare, rural practice methodologies, and applied wellness education.
